China Clay 
Applications |
 RUBBER :-
Our China clay and Calcined China clay are used as
reinforcing clay in rubber applications. It helps stiffen uncured
rubber and reinforce cured rubber, improving resistance to abrasion
and tear and tensile strength, as well as increasing the stiffness
of the vulcanizate. Our China clay is suited for extrusions where
high brightness and whiteness and fine particle size are important.
Our Calcined China clay is widely used in producing heavy-duty
insulation rubber. The combination of platy shape and surface
chemical reactivity enable our Specialty China clay to impart a
unique set of properties to the resulting rubber elastomers. These
include high modulus, low hysteresis, good abrasion resistance, low
viscosity, low set and high resistance to heat and oxidation aging.
